November 20, 2014 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

The deadline for meeting the Millennium Development Goal target of eliminating gender disparity in education by 2015 is looming. How far have we come in equalising access to education, work, and decision-making?  The Royal Geographical Society invites you to attend a panel discussion entitled “Equalizing Education” that will feature Ann Cotton OBE, Founder and President of Camfed International, Elaine Unterhalter, Professor of Education and International Development, and Louise Tickle, education and social affairs journalist.  The event will take place in South Kensington, London but will also be available to watch online.
