The Global Perspectives on Adolescent Health and Economic Strengthening conferences is a convening of researchers and NGO leaders for sharing research findings that highlight the impact and potential of economic strengthening interventions on behalf of adolescents living in poverty, particularly with reference to adolescents living in sub-Saharan Africa, where over 15 million have lost one or more parents to AIDS.  Additional details available here.
